To ensure a smooth and efficient admission process, we kindly ask you to have the following information available upon arrival:

• the name of your health insurance provider or insurance company;
• the type of insurance coverage you have (general, semi-private or private ward);
• the name of the health insurance provider or insurance company with which you have taken out supplementary insurance.

Visiting times

Nursing and medical care continues during visiting hours. We appreciate your understanding if this results in a short waiting time.

• General ward: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Private and semi-private wards: Flexible visiting hours

• Paediatric ward: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  Visiting hours are unrestricted for one parent or accompanying person, who may also stay overnight in the child's room.

  Maternity ward (postnatal patients): 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  Visiting hours are unrestricted for partners and siblings.
